Trash plan to double waste fees

The goal of any new plans to manage Okotoks’ garbage should be to reduce the amount of waste ending up in the Foothills Regional Landfill, not taking money from taxpayers’ pockets.

Highway should be fixed or closed

Secondary Highway 762 is in such dilapidated condition it is barely driveable in some areas and unless Alberta Transportation makes an effort to repair the roadway it should be closed.
