Veronica Kloiber — Council Candidate
Veronica Kloiber has been an elected official with the Town of Black Diamond since 2017. A writer by trade, Veronica studied communications and journalism at Mount Royal College and uses her skills to help businesses with their communications. A lover of dogs, horses and the outdoors, you can often find her exploring the trails to the west of her home.
This incoming council has the rare opportunity to create a new organization.
Very few councils can say the same and to pull this off will take a mix of experience and vision. After five years at the council table, I feel I have the experience, but I also still have the excitement needed to collaborate and come up with a viable plan for our future.
We will need to work on ways to continue with infrastructure replacement, maintain communications and transparency, and build a shared vision of who we are and where we want to be.
