Diamond Valley Election

Voters opted for experience as all seven members of the new Diamond Valley council currently hold seats in either Turner Valley or Black Diamond.

Results are in after the first election for the Town of Diamond Valley.

Polling stations for Diamond Valley's first election are open in Black Diamond and Turner Valley from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 28.

All 13 candidates running in the Diamond Valley election submitted bios to the Western Wheel.

Curtis Dixon — Council Candidate. I have been a resident and business owner here since 2015.

Jonathan Gordon — Council Candidate. Jonathan Gordon is a caring leader who enjoys a challenge. Before moving to Turner Valley, he travelled internationally to start non-profit organizations.
