2021 Town of Black Diamond Council Election Coverage

There has been significant turnover on Black Diamond town council following yesterday’s municipal election.

Black Diamond council will be made up of a mix of new and experienced candidates. Three incumbent candidates - Ted Bain, Veronica Kloiber and Daryl Lalonde - have been re-elected.

Newcomer Brendan Kelly has unseated Black Diamond's outgoing mayor, Ruth Goodwin. Kelly was voted in with 565 votes to Goodwin's 308 votes.
