It is with profound sadness the family
announces the sudden passing of
Helen Elizabeth Williamson, on
December 1, 2022 in Calgary. Helen was
born in Terrace Bay, Ontario to Ileene
and Kenneth Williamson. She moved
west to Calgary in 1968 and enjoyed a
long successful career in oil and gas.

Upon retirement, Helen loved to visit
friends and family from Ontario to British
Columbia. Helen most enjoyed life,
laughter, and spending time with family.

She was a talented cross-stitcher and
produced many beautiful wall hangings.

Helen adored her pet dogs over the
years; Muffin, Benji and Bailey.

Helen is survived by her sister Linda,
brothers; Garry, Bruce (Kathy), and
Gordon (Helene). Nieces and nephews
Logan (Meghan), their children Oliver
and Evie; Cassandra, Elizabeth, Darryl
(Caia), their children Zoey and Salena;
Kerri (Lane), their children Blair, Cole,
and Grace. Also survived by her
uncle, Dave Soucy, and an abundance
of friends. She was predeceased
by her parents Ileene and Kenneth.

Per Helen’s wishes there will be
no service. She will be fondly
remembered and sorely missed.

In living memory of Helen, a tree will
be planted in the Ann & Sandy Cross
Conservation Area by McInnis &
Holloway Funeral Homes, Fish Creek,
14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB
T2X 3J3, Telephone: 403-256-9575.
