Elizabeth Goodwin, beloved wife of the late Ray Goodwin, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the age of 90 years.

Elizabeth or “Betty”, as she was called for most of her life, moved with her family to Alberta where she met and married Ray, the love of her life on September 9, 1950. The two shared the love of community, friends, family and travel. 

Elizabeth enjoyed being a wife, homemaker, and Nana to their seven grandchildren, Ariel, Landon, Dylan, Terrence, Zoe, Vanessa and Ryan, and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her three children, Diana, Dale and Sandra (Leon). Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband of sixty-five years, Ray, sisters, Helen and Kay; granddaughter Ariel, great-grandson Nathan and parents, Helen and Isaac Fehr. Elizabeth will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed on Elizabeth’s obituary at
