Easter weekend will remain chilly in the Foothills on Saturday.
The April 11 forecast for the Okotoks area calls for a high of -3 C with overnight snow expected to taper off in the afternoon. The total snow should be in the 2 to 4 cm range with a 30 per cent chance of flurries later in the afternoon.
Saturday night will see a low of -12 C and a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the evening.
The short-term forecast is somewhat promising with temperatures set to get above the zero mark by Monday.
