Dear Editor, When I first heard of the proposed Blackie dump I was against it because I thought it would be a nuisance. My concerns were increased traffic, smell and an unsightly mess.

Dear Editor, The lavish spending promises handed out in the recent Provincial budget have been getting enthusiastic support from those who believe that the government has not been doing enough to ease our way through life.

Dear Editor, The opponents to BFI Canada’s landfill proposal in Blackie are continuing with their intimidation tactics and naming people (like me) in their letters to the editor because I have a different opinion about the project than they do.

Dear Editor: I attended the Property Rights Task Force meeting in the Olds on January 11th with over 300 people. The laws that had previous opposition, and had since been defiantly passed, were now being discussed at this meeting.

Dear Editor, Over the last 12 years I have struggled with my doctor to gain some quality of life. I have generalized my frustration against all doctors in the Oilfields General Hospital area.

Dear Editor, I have been sitting back for some time and watching all the things that have happened since BFI dump has come to be known by the town of Blackie and surrounding area.
