UPDATE: As of 4:40 p.m., Black Diamond advises Highway 22 between Black Diamond and Turner Valley is fully open to traffic.
A vehicle is on fire on the Sheep River bridge between the towns of Black Diamond and Turner Valley.
The Town of Black Diamond advises people to avoid the area so emergency services can do their work safely and as quickly as possible.
Motorists travelling between the two towns are advised to use Highway 434 as an alternate route.
