Diamond View Marketplace will include several businesses, including a grocery store, which is tentatively set to be a Sobeys or IGA.

Diamond Valley's growth is continuing with a shopping centre set to come on stream next year.

Diamond View Marketplace, located at 101 Willow Ridge Blvd., adjacent to Oilfields General Hospital, will feature over 43,000 square feet of retail space.

A grocery store is scheduled to be the anchor tenant of the Taurus Property Group project. The franchise has not yet been determined but is tentatively set to be a Sobeys or IGA.

The strip mall will also include a convenience store, car service providers as well as quick and full-service restaurants, including a drive-thru location.

There are 275 parking stalls in the plan.

The shopping plaza is set to be completed in early 2025.
