In a time of unpredictability and upheaval in most sectors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Academy of Learning Career College provides their students with a reliable atmosphere in which to continue their studies. Here, students find welcoming and encouraging staff that are committed to their long-term success, even if COVID-19 has altered the way that they offer their programs.

Jennifer is extremely proud of her school’s ability to adapt to pandemic learning. “The pandemic has actually broadened our abilities and capabilities,” she says. “Our instructor-led courses have been switched to a Zoom format and each class is recorded for students who were unable to attend so they may review that class after the fact. We actually have graduates today that started and completed their programs during the pandemic.”

Jennifer says that the pandemic has increased enrolment in their healthcare related courses. “With the focus on health services these days, our Medical Office Assistant – Health Unit Coordinator has been very popular. Students understand that, no matter what, health care providers are always going to be required,” she says.
