Successive health ministers have repeatedly been told that government must invest in front-line services as well as put far greater priority on recruitment and retention.

Would it not make sense to first secure the water solution and then expand when planning can be done accordingly? 

Educating residents on how to make peace with nature would be a more valuable exercise instead of spreading fear into the community. 

I agree that we need a viable opposition, but the NDP is not it.  

Development is supposed to have negative impacts, but wildlife responds by moving in, not out.
