The Valley Neighbours’ Club garden club enjoyed a wonderful tour of three local gardens on Sunday. Supper in Fritz’s backyard, just before the storm hit was well timed.

While home and business owners in communities devastated by the June floods try desperately to rebuild their lives there is an irritating element consistently hampering the recovery efforts.

My company has come and gone and what a great time we had with the “Do you remembers.” One of my guests and I took a drive through High River and, although it has been a month, it still makes your heart ache to see the destruction.
