Finally, some relief. Our western winter sky is, at long last, once again filled with glorious flakes of snow. Our seasonal white stuff has been sorely missing this year, at least out here in the west.

We didn’t have a good turnout for our games night on Tuesday, so it was decided to limit them to once a month from now on. So, the next games night at VNC will be March 23 at 7:00.

I just finally figured out how to change the clock in my vehicle to regular time and now we will be going back onto Daylight Savings this Sunday, March 8 at 2 a.m. in the morning.

Well, I guess it is lunch but Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi will be the guest speaker at the monthly Okotoks Chamber meeting on Wednesday, March 18th. Nenshi was recently honoured with the ‘World Mayor Award’.
