I am truly amazed by the generosity from the community towards the 2015 Western Wheel Cares charity fundraiser. Thank you very much to everyone who made a donation.
On Tuesday morning representatives from the five charities were at the Western Wheel office for a group photo and to receive the donated funds.
Everyone was sincerely grateful and excited about the great things their charitable organizations will do with the money.
I am really honoured to be a part of the Western Wheel Cares fundraising campaign.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Gayle Wolf who is the office manager here at the Western Wheel. Gayle works extremely hard to make the Western Wheel Cares charity fundraiser successful for the charities.

Have you ever been to a Robbie Burns night before? I’ve been to a couple of them and let me tell you, it’s a great time.
The Okotoks Rotary Club is putting on a Robbie Burns night at the Elks Hall on Saturday, Jan. 23. The dinner features AAA beef accompanied by some Scottish delicacies known as haggis and turnips.
Speaking of Haggis, that’s the name of the band who will be playing at the Elks Hall that night.
The dance floor will be hopping to say the least.
