Our activities are resuming for the fall season: bingo starts on Sept, 6, whist/wizard on Sept. 10 and floor curling and euchre on Sept. 9. The floor curling schedule is ready for pickup, so stop by and get your copy if you have signed up to participate this year.
The date for our yearly cleaning is Sept. 11 from 10 to noon. Please stop in and lend a hand.
We are all sorry to hear that Esther and Philip are leaving us for a new home in Calgary. They have been wonderful members of our club and an asset to the community. They will be sorely missed, we wish them much happiness in their new surroundings.

The High River Friendship Club is having a duplicate bridge tournament on Sept. 21. There is a poster on our bulletin board. Don’t wait too long as tickets are selling very quickly.
