Welcome to a brand new year.

I hope your New Year’s Eve was spent with friends and family. Our little group got together for dinner and cards, but we were all home by 11 p.m. Great group of revellers, are we not?

Have you noticed that the days are lengthening? Well, they really are.

We took down the Christmas decorations at VNC on Tuesday. I felt sad, but things do carry on as usual and our group of activities are so fun, it’s like being with family.

I had a great weekend in Lethbridge with Loraine, Holly and Chase, but the drive home was not fun. It began to snow at Fort MacLeod and deteriorated from there, but that’s the chance you take when you travel on winter roads.

All our activities are back to normal this week. I can’t wait for duplicate to start again on Saturday.
