The garden club enjoyed an afternoon tour of Sylvia and Ross Binkley’s garden on Tuesday.
We received such a warm welcome and were shown around their breathtaking acreage and then treated to tea and a glimpse of their charming home.

Suzon Schaal and Genuine Brown Gal have won grand champion of the Calgary Stampede working cow horse competition at this years’ Calgary Stampede, beating out John Swales.
Suzon’s comment was “It’s kind of a kick to beat the trainer.”
We went to the Millarville flower festival on Saturday and, as always, the beautiful old church was tastefully decorated with memorial tributes of flower arrangements.
