We moved to Okotoks from White Rock, B.C. a year ago. We have been very impressed with the town spirit.
I joined Rotary and was involved with the Canadian Flag program this year and the Soapbox Derby in June.
I was very impressed with the spirit and generosity of the individual householders and businesses when I canvassed to put up the soapbox posters and install the flags.
Okotoks residents should be very proud of their town. Also thank you to the Western Wheel for helping to promote these events.
