LETTER: Aldersyde site should be home to more than solar panels

Raise solar panels another six feet to allow access for livestock to graze or to plant crops.

Dear Editor,

In regard to the Saddlebrook Solar and Storage Project in Aldersyde, I think this is a large waste of land for just solar panels.

If they raised them another six feet, it would allow access for livestock to graze or to plant crops under the panels. Now they will be continually wasting money controlling the grass and weeds.

No thought was put into the project beyond installing solar panels.
