One morning Emma woke up with a start. Her husband Jim asked what was the matter. She told him, “I just had a dream that you gave me a diamond pendant necklace for Valentine’s Day. What do you think it means?”

“You’ll know tonight,” Jim said.

That evening, Jim came home with a small package and gave it to his wife. Delighted, Emma opened it and found a book entitled “The meaning of dreams”.

Do you know a student that exhibits leadership, dedication and excellence in any field of volunteer work including volunteer work in school, community, athletics or art and inspires the spirit of volunteerism in others? If you do, you may want to consider nominating them for a Leader of Tomorrow award! There are three Leader of Tomorrow awards, one for elementary students, one for junior high students and one for high school students.

Nominations are also open for the Heart of Okotoks award. This prestigious award goes to an individual over the age of 18 who volunteers in Okotoks or volunteer groups of any age that are based in Okotoks who show exceptional leadership through volunteering.
