1957 - 2023
With heavy hearts we regret to inform you
that our sweet Mama Bear, Tillie Ring, passed
away at home with her girls by her side. She
fought hard during her journey with cancer
and was called home July 1, 2023.
Tillie is survived by her daughters Amanda
and Tara Ring; the Willoughby, Gateman and
Ring families. Along with numerous extend
family and friends. She is predeceased by her
husband Norman Ring; a sister, 3 brothers
and her parents.
Tillie was the youngest child of 7 to Walter
and Ruby Willoughby, and grew up in the
Gladys Ridge area.
Tillie had a servant heart and cared for the
seniors of the High River community for
decades. We are so grateful to have had the
opportunity to care for her at home until her
final breath. She will be deeply missed and
forever loved.
A Celebration of Tillie’s life will be held on
Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 12:00 pm at the
Highwood Memorial Centre. In lieu of flowers
donations maybe be made to High River
Home Care.
