In memory of a loving, caring, protective mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Theresa was born March 5, 1930 in Bashaw, Alberta to Rose and Michael Felt. Mom attended school until Grade 8, then her help was needed on the family farm. Mom met Dad at a Saturday night dance. They married June 28, 1955. They moved several times thru their married life following Dad’s work. One of their best moves was July 15, 1980 when they moved to the valley by Longview, Alberta. In 1996 they moved for the last time to their home right in Longview. Mom was so proud of her yard and always kept it looking awesome. Her favourite tool was her leaf blower, used it all year long, whether it was for leaves, twigs, or snow in the winter. Mom worked for a time at the Breton Hospital in the kitchen. After that she took on a position at the local Drug Store and took great pride in her position there. Mom had fond memories of their many fishing trips with family and friends. Her favourite past time was puzzles and playing crib with anyone who stopped by. Unfortunately, her eyesight became poor enough that she had to give up those hobbies. Mom always remembered birthdays and reached out with her annual call.

Theresa is survived by her children: Joe (Marcia) of High River, AB., Brenda (Clarence) Young of Edberg, AB., Loreen (Garry) Hedberg of Drayton Valley, AB., Cliff (Laurie) of Longview, AB. And Troy (Pam) of Beaumont, AB. Her memory will live on in the memories of her 13 grandchildren: Russell, Nicole (Ryan), Wesley, Shannon, Kary (Dave), Danielle (Mike), Patricia (Cory), Chase, Meghan (Colton), Kyla (Ryan), Kendra, Martine and Bryce as well as 4 Great-Granddaughters and 4 Great-Grandsons. Terry is also survived by her 3 brothers: Jim (Edna) Felt of Lacombe, AB., Gordon (Alice) Felt of Calgary, AB. and Cliff (Gail) Felt of Camrose, AB. Also, by her sister-in-law Evelyn Ayrey of Macklin, SK., and numerous nieces and nephews.
