Robert Dalton Clarke, Bob to his friends and
family, of De Winton passed away peacefully
Tuesday March 7, 2023, at the Dulcina
Hospice at the age of 80.

Robert will be greatly missed by his daughter
Patricia and her husband Jason Hambling,
grandson Jacob Hambling, son David and wife
Paddy Clarke, and partner Kathy MacDonald.

Robert was pre-deceased by his beloved
wife Jean, whom he met at Crescent Heights
High School and married in 1966. In 1974
they moved from Calgary and began their
farming career. Robert taught high school
science for over 30 years in the Calgary area

was during this time that he, Jean, and his
partner Gerrit Cunningham formed the book
publishing business Clarke Cunningham
Publications.

After retiring, Robert loved travelling the
world with his wife Jean, playing golf with
his friends during the summer, going to Dairy
Queen with his cousin Faye Hurst, watching
his grandson Jacob grow up and experience
the world, and sitting at the head of the table
for Sunday dinners with his family.
