Elmer Robert Milburn on October 14, 2018 at
the age of 88 years.

We’d like to offer special thanks to
the following.

The wonderful staff at Heartland who cared
for her over the past 8 years. We could not
have asked for better support or attention.
To the staff at the Okotoks Recreation
Center swimming pool – Thank You. The
extra effort you took to assist her with her
passion for Aqua Fitness went above and
beyond expectations.

We must also thank the pharmacy staff
at Shoppers Drug Mart in Okotoks for the
extra attention given to her medical and
grocery needs.

Additionally the family would like to thank
her Chaplin (Darrell Wood) for his dedicated
care and visits to her facility and to
Dr. Zachary Levacque for the special care and
attention provided. One of the best, if not the
best doctor in Alberta.

A private ceremony will take place this
upcoming summer in Nelson B.C. where,
as per her wishes, Noreen’s ashes will be
buried, along with the ashes of her late
husband, at the grave site of Noreen’s
father and mother James Lawrence Smith,
Doris Eva (Neaves) Smith.
