July 10, 1922 – July 20, 2020
We are saddened to announce the passing of Joan Elizabeth McBee on July 20, 2020 at the Oilfields General Hospital at the age of 98 years young. Born July 10, 1922 at Bridgewater, England, coming to Canada at age 3. She leaves to mourn four daughters Helen Agnew, Florence Vander Velde,
Carolyn (Dale) Tally and Linda (Frank) Mungiello, along with 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Joan was predeceased by an infant son Keith, her husband Wallace, son Edward, son in laws Ross Agnew
and Don Vander Velde.
Her passion for gardening will live on forever in our hearts.
A private family graveside service was held at Christ Church Millarville on Friday July 24, 2020.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Joan to the Foothills Country Hospice.
