It is with great sadness we announce the death of George E. Sherriffs, born Jan. 11th, 1933 in Lake George N.S.
George passed away at home Oct. 4th, 2019 at the age of 86.
George was predeceased by his wife Muriel, parents John and Helen, and brother Frank. He is survived by brother James, sister Grace Davis, several nieces and nephews, close family members Krystal Buchanan, Amanda Hotton and Shayn Hotton.
A visitation will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Chapel, 200 Woodgate Road Okotoks on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Graveside service to follow at Okotoks Union Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow at 127 Sandstone Court Okotoks.
