Eric Reginald Page of Cayley, Alberta passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday, September 4, 2021.

Eric was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on September 15, 1931, and was raised in Birch Hills Saskatchewan. Eric is survived by his loving wife Helen (Brokway), his children David (Barb), Bill (Jen), Terry, Paula, Celeste, stepchildren Jim (Les), Shannon (Bert) and Wanda and his sister Mabel. His loving grandchildren Jason (Jen), Jamie, Ryan, Jennifer, Shaunice, Jylesa, Stephanie (Sheldon), Duncan (Lisa), Devin (Jordanne), Neal (Nikki), Kelsey (Dustin) and 13 great grandchildren, that he adored. Numerous nieces, nephews, sister-in laws, and brothers-in-laws.

Eric was predeceased by his parents Catherine Paron, Spencer Page, brother Don and sister-in-law Larna Page, mother-in-law Florance Whiford, son-in-laws Rick Hurley, Gord Moncrieff and niece Roseanne Page.

Eric spent 13 years as a sergeant in the Canadian Military, also having careers in trucking, working at the County of Foothills for several years, and 30 years of farming.

Eric’s most cherished times were spent with his family. He loved to play his guitar, sing country music and hymns. Eric had a great love for his horses, driving his tractor and living on the farm.

A heartfelt thanks goes out to all the nursing staff, caregivers, special volunteer Barry and Chaplin Darren, of the long-term care, 2nd floor of the High River Hospital for all the care given to Eric in the last 2 ½ years.
