Bertha was born in Saskatchewan, moved to Alberta when she was 2. Lived at DeWinton with her husband Charles King. She passed all of a sudden at the age of 89.
Bertha was involved with the community’s a lot when her kids were growing up. She loved knitting and crocheting right up till the end.
Bertha is survived by her children Lorne (Lana), Darryle, and Charlene. Grandchildren Jason, Sean, Jessica (Jamie), Lindsay (Darren) and GGrandkids Dakota and Brighton. Predeceased by husband Charlie, her dad Irvin and mom Zena, brother David and sister Lil.
There is a celebration of life at the old family farm at DeWinton Sept 28, 2019, 2 pm.
