1950-2019
Barbara Irene McKeage of Blackie, Alberta passed away on July 24th, 2019 at the
age of 68.
Barb will be remembered and sadly missed by her husband Frank of 33 years and her two sons Brian (Lisa) McKeage of Blackie, Paul (Christena) McKeage of High River, as well as her 5 cherished grandchildren, Hayley, Sydney, Evan, Decllan and Ciarann.
She will also be fondly remembered by her siblings Pat (Jeanette) Donovan of Pigeon Lake, Phyllis Kloss of Red Deer, Joyce (Greg) Forchuk of Devon, Diane Donovan of Grand Cayman and Janet (Gord) Hale of Smokey Lake as well as numerous family, friends and neighbours.
Barb was predeceased by her first husband Donald McKeage in 1981,
her parents, Jim and Rita Donovan and brother-in- Law Kelvin Kloss.
Barb retired from nursing in 2011,
after a 38-year career at the
High River Hospital.
Barb enjoyed gardening in her beautiful yard, golfing with friends a few times a week and yearly tropical vacations.
A Celebration of life will be held
Monday, August 12th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Lynnwood Ranch 370069 96 Street E, Aldersyde, AB.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Barb’s memory to the Foothills Country Hospice P.O. Box 274
