A jury trial into the death of a father of two from the Foothills who died when he was hit while cycling along Highway 7 in 2015 began at Court of Queen's Bench in Calgary this morning.
Joely Lambourn is on trial for charges of dangerous driving causing death in the case of Deric Kryvenchuk, who was killed cycling on Highway 7 in May 2015.
Crown arguments are expected to wrap up today, it is unknown at this time if Lambourn will testify in her defence.
