There are few details yet on a stabbing and a second related incident that happened Tuesday in Eden Valley.
EMS was called to Eden Valley around 11:30 a.m. on May 23. A male teen with stab wounds was taken to Foothills Hospital, said EMS spokesperson Stuart Brideaux.
“He had a number of traumatic injuries,” Brideaux said.
Another younger teen was taken to Alberta Children’s Hospital with undisclosed injuries in serious, but stable condition.
At around 2 p.m. another ambulance was called to the reserve and transported a male in his mid-40s to Oilfields Hospital with an injury to his arm.
Southern Alberta RCMP spokesman Cpl. Curtis Peters said the two incidents are related and under investigation.
“RCMP responded to a complaint of a stabbing,” Peters said, adding people were transported to hospital.
Suspects are in custody, but charges have not yet been laid.
