The RCMP is currently investigating the death of a woman in Eden Valley.
According to an April 8 press release, Turner Valley RCMP found a 27-year-old woman deceased after responding to a call of a sudden death at a residence on the First Nation reserve.
The Major Crimes Unit (MCU) and Forensic Identification Unit are assisting in the investigation. An autopsy has been completed and the cause and manner of death are under investigation.
The MCU is continuing to investigate the circumstances leading up to the death.
