Parking bans coming north of Milligan on Friday

The Town of Okotoks has declared the next round of parking bans for April 26.

The Town of Okotoks has declared the next round of parking bans for Friday, April 26 as annual street sweeping continues.   

The parking bans are in effect from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.   

Bans will be in effect on Friday, April 26, on the following routes:  

  • Robinson Drive from Milligan Drive to Banister Drive  
  • Visser Way from Milligan Drive to Waldron Avenue  
  • Waldron Avenue from Robinson Drive to Banister Drive 

In accordance with a Town bylaw, all vehicles and obstructions must be removed from the road during the parking ban timeframe. While parking bans are in effect, members of the public are encouraged to use alternate routes wherever possible to allow for road crews to work efficiently and safely.  

All other services, such as waste collection, emergency responders and mail deliveries, will not be affected.
