Okotoks library offering free flu shots

The Okotoks Public Library will be hosting a free flu shot clinic Wednesday afternoon.

The Okotoks Public Library will be hosting a free flu shot clinic Wednesday afternoon.

Offered on a drop-in basis, the clinic runs Oct. 28 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Flu shots are available for anyone five years or older with a valid Alberta Health card.

Attendees are required to wear a mask, and must not attend if they have any symptoms such as nasal congestion, fever, runny nose, cough, or shortness of breath.

The clinic is facilitated by Save On Foods Pharmacy.

There will be additional dates on Tuesday, Nov. 3 and Tuesday, Nov. 10, also 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
