Okotokians will have an opportunity to pose questions to their mayor next week.
Mayor Tanya Thorn is hosting her first annual Town Update on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at Foothills Centennial Centre. Members of council are also expected to attend. The event is set to run from 7 to 8 p.m.; doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The mayor will provide a brief update on what has been happening in town and what is expected in the near future. Topics of discussion will include small town charm, the downtown core and growth.
The community is encouraged to attend to join in the conversation about matters relevant to Okotoks.
