A trial date has been set for two of three high-school-age male youths charged with sharing intimate images.
Three Okotoks teens were charged in December with sharing intimate images of female friends and peers.
Two of the teens pled not guilty and a two-day trial was set for Dec. 14 and 15 during a brief hearing in Okotoks Provincial court on March 11.
The two were not in court last week. The case is set to return to court again on April 8 to confirm the trial date.
A trial has not yet been set for the third teen. He briefly appeared in court March 11 and is set to return on April 1 when a trial date is expected to be set. The three accused cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
