Sunday calls for wet and unsettled weather in the Foothills.
The day should start with showers along with a risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon and upwards of 5mm of rainfall and a high of 19 C.
Rain is expected to continue into the evening hours, tapering off around midnight. Overnight rain totalling 5 to 10mm is expected to fall with the chance of more thunderstorm activity.
Looking ahead in the forecast, Monday is expected to have more of the same wet weather though Tuesday is promising with sunny conditions and a high of 22 C.
