All lit up
Head downtown for the most anticipated event of the year – Light Up Okotoks.
Enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, carolers, craft markets, fireworks, late night shopping and plenty of food. The highlight of the night is a welcome address by Okotoks Mayor Bill Robertson at 6:45 p.m., followed by an appearance from Santa Claus and the lighting of the Christmas tree at the Olde Towne Plaza at 7 p.m.

Honouring The Outlaw
Tribute singer Robert Rowan is going all country for Waylon Jennings fans in Black Diamond this weekend. Robert Rowan and the Drinkers and Dreamers will spend an evening portraying “The Outlaw” in a tribute performance. Getting into the Christmas Spirit

All things ginger
Vote for your favourite gingerbread creation in the Okotoks Art Gallery’s Gingerbread Station. This year has eight entries in the children and adult categories and prizes will be awarded for first and second place in each. Voting will be open until Dec. 7.
