Award-winning sauce maker Laurie Rowe, of Black Diamond, concocted five flavours of barbecue sauce with another three being released this season. They’re all tried and true family recipes with no preservatives, and are made locally in the Royal Canadian Legion Turner Valley Branch. Jordan’s Ridge has recently been featured on Global Television and the Culinaire Magazine.
Whether you use it as a rub or a dipping sauce, be sure to keep these sauces handy at your summer barbecues.
