Okotoks jam connoisseur Betty-Lou Bayley offers 15 flavours in her kitchen-based business Sticky Situation.
This jam goes on smooth and is easy to spread with no lumps and very little sugar added. Expect favourites at the Okotoks Farmers' Market like strawberry and raspberry in two sizes, but check all the labels as Bayley likes to mix it up, offering double and triple fruit jams to put something unique on the breakfast table.
The Okotoks Farmers' Market is open Fridays from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. just north of Okotoks.
