Owner Ralph Gehmlich is a familiar face behind his display of sweets, having been a vendor at the market for 25 years.
It’s no wonder everyone flocks to his booth. In addition to offering the same mouth-watering favourites, Gehmlich changes it up by offering a different flavour every week. Think saskatoons, cheesecake and jalapeno.
River Rock Fudge is made fresh every week in Okotoks using real cream and butter.
