Stead has graced the grassy stages of the Edmonton Folk Festival, Canmore Folk Festival and North Country Fair, as well as rowdier shows like the Big Valley Jamboree.

With a generous demeanour and empathetic understanding of audiences of all types, Stead’s performances are true and honest as his songs themselves.
