The Royal Canadian Branch 291 will host its first annual craft fair this weekend.
The Okotoks Legion will be set up at the Foothills Centennial Centre on April 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All funds raised from the fair will go directly to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 291 Building Fund.
A relatively new legion, originally given its charter in 2014, the Okotoks branch was not gifted a building as many others were in the past. As a result, fundraising is needed to put towards getting the legion a place of its own.
Vendors are being sought for the fair.
Tables and chairs will be provided as well as WiFi with vendors needing to be set up by 9:30 a.m.
